Join me for a guided meditation and intuitive art workshop in a small, supportive group setting.

I will gently guide each person to connect with their spirit guide or the energy that wishes to work with them through meditation. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I will be holding the energetic space throughout, supporting you to feel grounded, safe, and connected as you create.

All materials are provided, including your own Sennelier oil pastel set to take home.
