Parish Council meetings

Parish Council meetings are held at The Swifts, Haggis Gap, Fulbourn.

Meetings take place on the second Wednesday of each month, except in August.
Occasionally, a meeting may need to be held on a different date. If this happens, the Clerk will provide as much notice as possible and will advertise the change.

Agendas and minutes

Minutes are the official record of the decisions made by the Parish Council.

Draft minutes

The Parish Clerk aims to publish draft minutes within 5 working days of each meeting.

Draft minutes remain unpublished as final until they are approved at the next full meeting of the Parish Council.
