Learn Lifesaving Skills – Free Defibrillator & CPR Training

The East Anglian Air Ambulance will be hosting free public defibrillator and CPR training sessions right here in our community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain the knowledge and confidence to act quickly in an emergency – skills that could one day help save a life.

Where: Swift Meeting Rooms

When:

• Wednesday 29th October, 18:30–19:30

• Saturday 8th November, 14:00–15:00

The sessions are open to all adults, and young people aged 12+ are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

Whether you’re completely new to CPR or just want a refresher, this training is designed to be practical, informative, and accessible.

Free refreshments will be provided.
