Pink Recycling Bins

Do you have an old hairdryer, toaster, games console, printer or a broken electric toothbrush and are wondering what to do with it?Please recycle these and many other small electrical items using one of our pink recycling banks. We have just installed eight new  drop-off points across the district and Cambridge city centre.The new pink recycling banks are at:♻️ Morrisons car park, Cambourne♻️ Tesco car park, Bar Hill♻️ Village car park, High Street, Melbourn♻️ Tesco car park, Fulbourn♻️ Gwydir Street car park, Cambridge♻️ Lammas Land car park, Cambridge♻️ Abbey Pool car park, Cambridge♻️ Chesterton Road public toilets, Cambridge👉 The eight new banks add to existing ones at Milton and Thriplow Household Recycling Centres as well as Glebe Farm Drive, Fawcett Road and Hawkey Road in Cambridge. Small appliances can also be handed in for recycling in-store at Curry’s on Newmarket Road in Cambridge.The new banks are installed thanks to Greater Cambridge Recycles  a partnership between Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council.♻️ What is suitable for the pink bins?Anything electrical up to 29cm.
